The following services are governed by additional terms (to be published/linked):

  2. On-site Initiation / Discovery Terms (booking rules, cancellations, safety rules, Platform role vs. Facilitator role)

We may add additional Service Terms over time (for example for new features or services).

7. Purchases, payments, and third-party payment providers

7.1 Paid services. While the Account is free, some services are paid (for example annual course subscriptions or paid bookings).

7.2 Checkout and payment processing. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment may be subject to the provider’s terms in addition to ours.

9.2 No unauthorized use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content except as allowed by these Master Terms or applicable Service Terms.

10. Liability (platform-level)

10.1 General. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, in accordance with applicable law.
