Online Courses / Digital Content Subscription Terms

Effective date

17 March 2026

1. Scope and relationship to the Master Terms

These Online Courses / Digital Content Subscription Terms (“Course Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of FREEBORD / Freebord Journey digital content, including online courses, videos, and related learning materials (“Digital Content”) provided through our Platform.

These Course Terms are Service Terms under the Master Platform Terms & Conditions (“Master Terms”). If these Course Terms conflict with the Master Terms, these Course Terms prevail for Digital Content.

2. Who we are

Digital Content is provided by:

Mamello GmbH Sankt-Wendel-Str. 46, 81379 Munich, Germany Email: [email protected] Website: www.freebord.com

3. Account required

3.1 Free Riders account. You need a FREEBORD / Free Riders account (“Account”) to purchase and access Digital Content.

3.2 Keep your login secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription model (annual)

4.1 Annual subscription. Online courses are offered as a yearly subscription (“Subscription”). The price and what is included are shown at checkout.

4.2 Start of access. Access starts when payment is successfully completed and the Subscription is activated on your Account.

4.3 Availability and changes. We may update, improve, or change Digital Content over time (for example adding modules, updating videos, or retiring outdated lessons). As long as your Subscription is active, you will have access to the then-current version of the content included in your plan.

5. Payment and billing

5.1 Payment providers. Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

5.2 Taxes. Taxes (VAT) may apply depending on your location and the applicable rules. Any tax handling is shown at checkout.

5.3 Failed payments. If payment fails or is reversed/charged back, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

6. Renewal and cancellation

6.1 Renewal. Your Subscription renews as shown at checkout (for example automatic renewal) unless you cancel in advance.

6.2 Cancellation. You can cancel your Subscription as described in your account settings or as shown at checkout. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid subscription period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6.3 Price changes. If we change the Subscription price, we will apply the new price at renewal and provide notice where required.

7. Refunds and statutory withdrawal (EU)

7.1 No refunds (general). Unless otherwise required by law, Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has started.

7.2 EU consumer withdrawal right. If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. However, this right can be lost once the supply of Digital Content begins if you:

  • expressly consent to the start of performance during the withdrawal period, and
  • acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

We may ask for this consent at checkout.

8. License and permitted use

8.1 Personal license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use during your active Subscription.

8.2 No sharing / no resale. You may not share your Account, resell access, publicly broadcast, upload, distribute, or otherwise make Digital Content available to others.

8.3 No copying. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Digital Content except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls
  • scrape or download content in bulk
  • reverse engineer the Platform
  • use the Digital Content to create competing products

10.1 Educational content. Digital Content is provided for educational purposes only.

10.2 No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, performance improvements, or riding results.

10.3 Safety first. Always use protective gear and ride within your limits. Freeboarding involves inherent risks.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Course Terms limits liability for intent/gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes to these Course Terms
