I have been out of the freebord game for a good while, my last log on to this site was on April 13, 2011.

I logged on just now to catch up with the freebord world and I saw this.

Just wanted to write something and say that like many others Sam's riding was part of the reason I got into freebording. My heart goes out to his friends and family.

For our honeymoon we are going to be in S.F. on June 29 and 30 to sight see and for Ashley to see all the cool freebord spots (yes i will freebord and Ashley wants to try it out!!!). The days were in town are friday and saturday. I plan on showing Ashley the freebord factory on friday so if anyone would like to hang out you can reach us at 801-410-2323!!!! I would like to visit Filbert and Lombard and perhaps some bay area hills? All depends on time though. Overall just looking to have a good time before we head back home.

I would love to see some familiar faces.



Also what places should be avoided as far as hotels go? Any suggestions on specific hotels? I was thinking a place overlooking SF across the bay would be nice.

So me and my buddy have this idea for the summer. Let me know what you think:

We offer a service for people who are pretty busy to pick up their car at work/home/school/wherever and take it to the mechanic for an oil change/tire change/repair/whatever. That way they don't have to wait at the shop for their car to be done, waisting their valuable time. We will also detail the car before we bring it back to them, thus bringing back a fixed, spotless car.

We will show proof of insurance and valid license and will also mark down the milage on the car when we pick it up and bring it back (to ensure no joy rides). We will require to see their car insurance (just in case of an accident) and will ask for payment when we return the car in spotless condition.

We are also going to talk to our local mechanic to work out a discount deal. We will suggest to all of our clients that they go to this mechanic, because he is trusted/valued/and a reliable mechanic. In turn, he will offer all clients who work through us a certain discount (to be determined).

Pricing: $50 for the pickup and delivery of the vehicle, $100 for the detail. (we may also do other priced car washes)
